GOOGLE GROUP DEBATES
Global Climate Change will require a new paradigm of leadership - knowledgeable leaders who can build better mutual understanding of climate and energy problems. Our Google Group Debate seeks to create 'informed and educated' youth and 'active' cooperation. We are youth, but we believe in the power of knowledge and learning from different perspectives. The Debates feature 2-week bi-lingual discussions on important, relavent, and pressing world issues between US/ China and the world. For instance, topics have included the expansion of nuclear energy and EU's emissions scheme on China's aviation.
As the core, we believe innovative solutions cannot happen successfully until we start to build empathy and understanding about the reality in our unique countries. We seek to foster discussions around relavent/ news worthy topics. China and the U.S are the key actors and to understand both sides of the story from youth opinions, peer-reviewed articles on key climate related topics will be key to developing innovative solutions our world is increasing in demand for.

- Chinese okay to respond fully in Chinese
